HI, IM ELLA.

I am a student at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Product Design with a minor in Fashion Studies. Growing up in dense cities my whole life has shaped the way I approach my design choices.  I’m interested in finding a place in design that balances bold visual thinking with careful execution.

My academic work focuses on research, material exploration, and creative problem-solving, while my professional experiences help me understand how design functions in real contexts. Through multiple student worker roles involving art and fabrication, as well as modeling with an international agency, I’ve developed a strong awareness of branding, composition, and visual identity.

Across my work, I’m interested in design as something that shapes culture and everyday experience. I aim to create work that is thoughtful, materially informed, and visually engaging.
